    Hi RebornRuffian12 & Rachel...
Just a suggestion which will help prevent duplication of mares. Could we all use CAPS & bold face on the MARE and at least boldface for the Offspring's name? With the new buttons on the top of the posting window...it's now easy to do.
If doing it from a cellphone then it's just doing the bold face HTML brackets...
    <b> HORSE NAME </b>

With my blurry old age eyes...I sometimes miss the mare's name/offspring when scanning through the earlier pages. :oD

    Example:
    MINING MY OWN
    Foaled February 9, 2001
Smart Strike x Aspenelle (by Vice Regent)
Famous Offspring: Mine That Bird and Dullahan

How do you get the colored font? I only have black and bold xD

PG, it would help if people looked through all the pages at the horses first before posting. The bold lettering would help alot if that were to happen, then they would know who was there and who wasnt ^.^ its like looking through a picture book, this forum is so awesome.

I did scan through the earlier postings before I researched the mares...but like I said, my blurry vision caused me to miss the earlier posting of the same horse. I suffer from astigmatism too so any vertical lines get blurred. BOLD face helps a lot when scanning the pages! Call it tired old age eyes I guess. The thin font for the forum gets harder for me to read when I'm tired. That's why I had to rest my eyes on page 5. Wait to you get to our age...LOL!

But I don't think Kylea wants us to go hog wild with different colors in the Forum...will look like a carnival...that's why she probably didn't list it on the icons above. I only did red fonts so that everyone can see the manual input of the HTML formula for the bold face brackets < > better.

This is what I did to get red font:
    <font color="red">HORSE </font>
    Then you get: HORSE

Note: You have to combine the bold face bracket AND the color font formula to get the red font in bold face.
    <b><font color="red"> HORSE</b></font>
Once you input the combined formula above...then you get
    HORSE

Just doing bold face in CAP LETTERS for the MARE'S NAME and bold face for the famous offspring is good enough...LOL!

Once again...the cellphone (smart phone) manual type in of the HTML formula for bold face:
    <b> HORSE NAME </b>
  • i didnt see them
